Directory - Opt Out Form

Unique to Ahavat Shalom is the consistent inflow and outflow of members to our community. The Ahavat Shalom Membership Directory is a great way to help bring the community together and provide guidance to the constantly changing mosaic of our community.  Providing a "Who's Who" in our community will not only be beneficial for new members who recently moved in, but also, to members who have lived here for a longer time and do not know the new people who have recently moved in.

The Ahavat Shalom Directory will be distributed to Shul members only and Ahavat Shalom will not directly distribute the membership directory to any outside vendor. Ahavat Shalom is respectful of our members' privacy.

Below is a list of what is included in the Ahavat Shalom Membership Directory. All information is dependent on the information provided in the Membership Form that each member filled out this year:

• First Name (Member & Spouse, if applicable)**
• Home Address
• Email Address (Member & Spouse, if applicable)
• Phone Number (Member & Spouse, if applicable)

** required of all members, no opt-out preference
